Copenhagen 10/4 2020. 37,5 cl bottle from Ølkassen Webshop. Very dystopian label with helmeted, authoritarian police and hooded rebel with gasmask.
Pours hazy, golden orange with a small bubbly, white head. Settles as flimsy remnants of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is intense and vinous with a strong sourness and only a light sweet fruitiness. Sour unripe berries and grapes, citrus, grape fruit. Sweet malt and plums peeking in.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, tingling texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a strong, dry, tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour and lingers for a bit. Finish is vinous and dry.
Strong and aggressive aroma but a more subdued and watery flavor. But not a bad replacement for a glass of white wine on a warm summerday.

Hazy light golden color with off-white head. Aroma is quite acetic with unripe fruit notes and wild yeast funk. Taste follows with wild yeast funk, briney and tart notes, slightly acetic with apple seed bitterness on the finish. Light body with medium to low carbonation. Quite nice overall, not too harsh or acidic.
