Bottle at Las Buenas Pulgas, served in a balloon glass. Black colour, small head with short retention, sticky beige lacing. Aroma of aged sherry wine, molasses, vanilla, grapes, raisins, apples, licorice, black pepper. Full body, creamy texture, average carbonation. Dry winey finish. Taste follows the aroma. And yet another great Colossus.

A wonderful beer. I had kept it for months, waiting for a casual moment. Sometimes you open the bottle and it becomes all of unparalleled and fantastic sensations. This happened to me with Colossus. The evolution of beer in the glass changes the product and the sensations, losing spectacularity. Maybe because getting used to excellence is easy.
