Fruited Sour with blueberry fermented with Lachancea SPP (Lallemand collaboration).
Pinky color, beautiful white foam.
Sour notes, slightly lactic, and a lot of blueberry.
Blueberry in the taste too, but the end is cut, sour, astringent.
Not sweet at all in the back, and not even sour.
Perfect as an aperitif. Clean sourness.
