330ml bottle. Het Kapittel Goblet glass. Brass color, chill haze appearance. Off-white froth, fairly good retention & lacing on sides. Brown sugar, mild toasted malt, spiced aromas, alcohol & herbal hues, cumin touch. Sweet malty & slight dried upfront, Medium body, Moderate carbonation. Oily to watery mouthfeel. Really complex flavor profile displays fruity hues, gentle candy, subtle orange & delicate spicy touch. ABV is felt as anise liquor hints. Long sweet/low bitter finish. Ripe pears & apples, phenolic memories & touches of wood on the aftertaste. Suggested in a paused drink.
