Pours a oil black color with a huge, dark brown head.
Smells of a profound noble hop profile, herbs, dried leaves and wild flowers, together with toasty malts and soft bakers chocolate. Establishes a nice caramel sweetness on top of that foundation, creating a nice interplay with the hops.
Has a light, soft mouthfeel with a pleasantly dry finish, with a nice amount of roasted coals, showcasing a medium bodied, well balanced Stout.
Leafy hops with just a hint of tropical fruits blend into toffee and caramel glazed milk chocolate, balanced by earthy malts. Has an effervescent middle part, creating a short fudge sweetness, which then gets slowly washed away by dry hops and burned malts.
Very nice and complex with a long lasting finish, which combines the hop aspect with the beers rich maltiness very well.
