Bottle at Te lo dije Pérez, served in a trappist glass. Yellow color, medium head and retention, average lacing. Aroma of cítrics, herbs, hops, malts. Medium body, silky texture, average carbonation. Dry finish. Taste follows the aroma. Pretty good.

33 cl caged and corked pug bottle, poured into a Belgian chalice, in Toulouse, France. Best by 3/2025.
Took a full minute to pry the cork out, and I was rewarded with a little puff of smoke. (Did that sound right?) Decent foam popped up and lingered.
Nose is more of what I’d expect from an IPA than a Triple. There’s fruity pebbles and a funkadoo.
Taste is in that pocket too., it’s a fresh sud, very quaffable. The hops are front and center, quite enjoyable. I think if the brewer didn’t sugar this brew he’d have made a nice DIPA. I get no other characteristics of Belgium here. Enjoyable, barely noticeable 8.4% ABV, and a 35 IBU bitterness at the end.
Mouthfeel is thin side of medium, there is lively carbonation.
Overall - a fine effort I’d drink again.
The brewery tells their story:
The De Sutter brewery highlights the riches of its terroir. The beers are produced by favoring local raw materials, thanks to partnerships developed with organic farmers in the region.
French raw materials (excluding sugar). Ingredients: water, barley malt, oat malt, sugar, hops, yeast.
Brewed in Normandie with Love and Hops.
