On-tap at The Norseman, Dublin, Ireland
A: The beer is crystal clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface, a collar around the edge, and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of fruity yeast are present in the smell along with hints of sweet biscuit malts.
T: The taste follows the smell, but is more maltier and has flavors of biscuit malts with subtle hints of sweetness and bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this to be an rather good Irish representation of a not so "common" American style.
