We made this a hoppy and hazy IPA with Simcoe, Krush, Citra and Mosaic hops together with barley, wheat and oats.

Pours a hazy yellow with soft, thick head.
Smell is crisp and fruity with some peppery hints. Notes of citrus, peach, grapes and grass.
Taste is crisp and fruity with notes of citrus, gooseberries, grapes and grass with some peppery hints and a moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, and very affordable hazy IPA.
