Dark brown colour with a modest head of foam. Smell of herbal hops and roasted malts. These flavours return in the taste, giving it an earthy profile. The malt and the hops create a solid taste, but it lacks sweet accents and tends to be a bit one-dimensional. It's certainly not bad, but it lacks taste development and balance to be a really good bock.
