500ml old shape bottle. Weizen glass. Lemon custard color, foggy appearance. White froth, thick & lasting crown. Aroma profile shows hints of banana, slight grainy & wheat, light sulfurous hues & woody/herbal notes. Sweet flavor, slight citric touch, bread memories, roasted & herbal notes as well as bitter almonds are displayed on the upfront. Light body. Carbonation is lively moderate in mouth. Dense texture & spicy touch. Intense fir tree syrup flavor – a mixture of sweetness & bitter nuts – arises in the middle & lingers into a sweet/slight bitter finish. Note for those unfamiliar with syrup fir tree flavor: tasting is something in between maple syrup & woodruff like. A pretty interesting herbed/spiced beer despite I will have appreciate an stronger style base since as it warms both flavors & aromas from nectar are improved, but temperature is inappropriate for a Weizen one.
