Out of all the local Stouts in NWA the Oatty Stout from Fossil Cove is my favorite.
Pouring this out of the growler you have nice even pour, not too thick, but just right. The head comes with a nice caramel/beige color to it. Before taking a sip of the Oatty, your nose picks up a nice malty, coffee/chocolaty scent. When tasting it, you get a much more prevalent taste of cocoa and oats. Its not too sweet which I love! Definitely a beer worth trying when you're at Fossil Cove.
