On tap on 7/8/06 - with my visit to Mt. Snow!
Pour was a typical hefe with a lazy/hazy yellow and pale straw cloudy color with a small head.
Immediate taste of banana, almost like dried banana and cloves. Very interesting taste - a bit like a weizenbock hefe - but was a little sour to the finish.
Overall I enjoyed the beer, but was a little drawn back by the majorly sweetness upfront.
Worth a shot, really great owner and very friendly staff. I am looking forward to my next visit!
Cheers.

On tap at the Maple Leaf.
Hazy yellow, small white head, quite high carbonation. Faintly hoppy and flowery aroma. The taste was refreshing, there was some hoppiness and moderate spices coming through though no flavour really stood out that much. Moderately spicy finish. A very adequate thirst quenching beer, easy to drink.
