On tap as of Super bowl Sunday. Enjoyed at the brewpub in a 16oz. glass.
A: Pours a peachish amber color with a white head that dissipates quickly. Leaves nice lacing though.
S: Fruity hops with a grassy undertone that arises with a swirl. Toasted grain is also apparent. Very subtle at first, but as it warms the aromas become juicy.
T/M: Grapefruit hops with a slight pine infusion. Malt profile is slight with a toasted grain. Lip smacking bitterness, which I was surprised about considering it's a dry hopped pale ale. Dry in the finish. Very smooth and a perfect session brew--very nice flavors with a low abv.
D: First one of the night and it was a good one to start with. Very easy drinking--I could have had another one of these, but moved to the next offering on tap.
