Yellow color, white head. Little head left after 1/2 pint.
Peach aroma, peppery pilsner smells. Little aroma hop noticed. Sour character in the smell as well. (Have a feeling that the lines were dirty. Another different beer from here has the same sourness...and it was a stout.)
Bitterness in the taste from the hops, but tough to identify what type. Smooth feel, with a sizzle of carbonation. Biscuit flavor, pilsner pepper hints in taste as well as smell.
Not a bad beer, but really the only beer of theirs they had on tap. Not my favorite of this style, but I would try it again.
