Appearance: Dark amber with a low white head that left tons of lacing on the way down.
Smell: Dominated by piney hops.
Taste: Pretty aggressive bitterness up front with a mild malt backbone. Leaves a more ashy bitter taste after going down.
Mouthfeel: Crisp and thin.
Overall: By-the-book American style IPA featuring piney hops and not too much else. It will not disappoint if that is what you are looking for.
