On tap at the JT Schmid's Brew Pub located in Anaheim, CA. Their seasonal beer of choice.
Poured a medium golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of, well I guess, honey and soem graininess. Tastes of the same - honey and grains. I'm guessing honey as it was sweet, but it wasn't a in your face or a 'hey, I'm honey'.

Served in an imperial sized pint glass. The beer is a light bronze with a decent head and lacing.
The nose was subtle. A bit of malts, honey, fruit and a smidgen of floral hops.
The taste was decent. Slightly sweet with noticeable honey tones. There is also a bit of fruit (plum) flavor. The hopping, as expected, is light, but you can detect a bit of spicy pepper bite in the background that seems to help balance the beer.
The beer had a smooth almost silky mouthfeel. Very easy drinking beer that went well with my buffalo burger. While not a world-beater, it is an enjoyable but fairly simple beer.

This is one of Schmids seasonals, although why they chose it as a winter instead of a summer seasonal is beyond me. But it is California so I guess it does not matter as much. This is kind of a mundane beer either way. Light amber color with minimal white head. No lacing to speak of. Sweet aroma but hard to tell if it is honey. Lightly sweet flavor with a lackluster finish. So-so.
