Very dark brown color with red highlights and a thick beige head with decent retention.
Nice malty aroma with notes of toasted malts, chocolate, biscuit and nuts.
Flavor with predominant notes of homemade coffee, cola, some cocoa, a bit of dark fruits and a distant herbal hop. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 7% is incredibly well hidden.
Decent Bock with predominant coffee malty notes. Assertive, not very complex.
