One of PSB’s most popular IPA’s returns as a fresh hop version! Creamy peach with the freshest green finishes creates one of the tastiest creations we’ve ever brewed.

A 16 ounce draft pour into Willi Becher glass at the brewery.
Look- Pale gold, mildly hazy, white frothy head, average head retention, below average lacing.
Smell- Pine resin, peach, grapefruit, between weak and medium strength of scent.
Taste- Pine resin, grapefruit, peach, between medium and high strength of flavor.
Feel- Medium body, average carbonation, highly bitter, highly prickly, highly creamy, mildly mouth warming.
Overall- Pale gold with mild haze and average head retention, but below average lacing. The bouquet was classic WCIPA grapefruit and pine with a peach flourish. The flavor followed the nose, but with higher intensity. The mouthfeel was right on for the style with a high amount of fresh hop character. Overall this was a very enjoyable and well made beer.
