Very fresh collaboration between Tubinger, Ballast Point, Coronado and Colima from México.
Amber reddish color with a thick head with short retention, but leaving laces.
Incredible aroma with bold tropical notes. Passion fruit, mango, pineapple, maple syrup, lemongrass, mild pine and lots of lychees.
Flavor with notes of lemonade ice tea, biscuit and toasted malts, grapefruit, mild pine, some mango, lychees, spices and resin. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
This couldn't be more refreshing and balanced. I really liked this beer, great hop profile, flavorful and with huge drinkability.
