Amber orange color with a thick head with great retention and strong laces.
Nice tropical and citrusy aroma with notes of passion fruit, mango, fresh oranges and pineapple.
Flavor with notes of pine, passion fruit, mango, lemongrass, grapefruit, American yeast, slightly toasted malts and spices. Dry and bitter aftertaste. Rounded 60 IBUs.
Bordering medium body with appropriate carbonation.
This might have been the best Chilean American IPA. An improvement from their old IPA. I guess they learnt while they made the collaboration on the Amistad of the Americas. Decent dry hopping and good choice of tropical, citrusy and piney hops without much dominance over each other and quite clean.
This is quite fresh, which helps...
