This is a nice small brewpub taproom in a small light industrial area, but with a coffee place and juice bar also next door.
The vibe and feel are nice. The inside is simple, industrial aesthetic, comfortable with plenty of natural light and big windows, a nice bar, a large glass garage door which is sometimes open, and some nice covered outdoor seating. The vibe is consistently calm and relaxing and friendly. Even when busy, it is laid back and relaxing. The beer is overall very good, some are excellent. Range of style and selection is very good but not hugely varied at any given time. Service is great and friendly. Food is overall excellent, burgers, lamb burger, sandwiches, etc. The fried chicken for the sandwich is particularly nice, thin, lightly breaded, and with dark meat, so it looks like a spread and pounded thigh perhaps.

A hard to find location in an industrial area, a visit is well rewarded with excellent beers and food. I would make an effort to visit Fogbelt anytime you are in the area

This brewery is locatred in a strip mall in a busy commercial area. There is plenty of parking. The interior has a U-shaped bar with seating and a moderate number of high and low tables and stools/chairs. A fireplace adds ambiance. A covered patio has a modest amount of seating. I liked this vibe. We arrived when the place wasn't busy, so service was very good.
We ordered a 4-beer sampler paddle plus two other samplers and found mixed level of enjoyment. Each was brewed to style but some better than others. The notable beer was the Obelisk dark sour, but the Del Norte IPA and the Bumblebee Honey Cream Ale were also good.
The menu looked interesting and the food smelled good at other tables but we didn't order anything. Some wine and ciders are also available. Most of their beers are available in growlers or cans to go. It's an okay place but the beers are a bit hit-or-miss.

Room for 20 or so inside and maybe twice that outside. Cool vibe and friendly service made this a worthy stop.

Building is part of a subdivided strip mall-esque location. Minimal outside seating...and minimal inside seating as the bar in the middle seems to take up over half of the room. Beer is average...food is average...service is average...very meh.

Fogbelt Brewing Company was our second stop on the great Santa Rosa road trip, but probably our quaintest. We had heard rumors from as far away as Big Sur about the beers here, and how it was started by someone vaguely associated with Whole Foods in the past. Whatever its origin, we loved the place. It's tucked away on the west side of the highway into a little shopping plaza, but supplies a lot of good beers and great service. Several employees rushed back and forth to make sure we had a drink in front of us - beer or water - and the beers themselves were generally quite good. It's a low-key, relaxing environment, especially after a long road trip, and well worth seeing. I especially suggest the smoked beer - flavorful yet restrained. Take home a t-shirt, too. The tree theme is wonderfully appropriate after coming from the south through Big Sur.

It is a young brewery that much room to grow.
