Huge whiskey and vanilla notes up front. Lots of oak and molasses. Plums and raisins. The cherry smoked malt is present but not like it normally would be with out the barrels. Very complex. The malts are terrific. Toffee and caramel. Light chocolate. Well done beer. Top for the style.
