One of the best bock beers I've ever had. If you're not careful, the 7% will sneak up on you!

This pours a medium brown color with a frothy, beige head. There is a scent of toasted malts. The taste is smooth, creamy with rich flavors of sweet malts and spices with little hints of chocolate. It has a slightly bitter after taste. It’s a pretty good brew that lives up to its award-winning status.

This is a nice bock.
Soft malt aroma. Nothing complex here.
Attractive. Nearly brilliantly clear. A nice brown head and some lacing.
Soft malt flavors, soft but melanoidans are there. Nice crispy malt flavors appear with a good streak of caramel.
Approaching a full body and nicely carbonated and adequate drying.
No apparent hop flavors in this one.
Good straight up bock. Hit the spot on a cool and sunny February day.

On tap at Delafield Brewhaus. $3.50 for a 12 oz. glass.
Recent Gold Medal winner at the World Beer Cup.

S: mild to medium nose, some chewy roasted malt, sweeter malt overall
T: medium bodied, well-balanced malt, more sweet than roasted, good hop balance, true to type
M: clean, crisp, very drinkable

Very little head, if any. Darker brown with light visiable around the edges.
Smell is bready, hints of coffee, clean.
Taste is a powerful as I hoped it would be, flavors of malt, some rye, some light hop bite towards the end. Feels pretty good. Smooth and refreshing, doesn't have that heavy chewy feel to it, which works for a beer that is a little lighter.
Not a bad beer at all, I would not qualify it as liquid bread, but it is a great compliment to a meal. Easy to drink, and does taste good.

Straight forward and direct, this bock pours a light, transparent brown into a pint glass with almost no head, just a thin off-white light lacing. Aroma is not particularly strong but includes some nice bready malts along with cocoa, plums, and some coffee liquor. Taste isnt as robust as it should be but its pleasant and has enough dark malt character along with touches of chocolate to be interesting. Hop presence is light but noticeable. Body is light with creamy carbonation. Smooth and drinkable. Simple but good. Reminds me of Huber bock, though perhaps a touch better.
