Light straw yellow body with minimal head that does ring and lace nicely.
Smell is clean, crisp, notes of cut hay and some hop. Taste is very clean, crisp, some lighter malt balance. Hop bite towards the end leaves a nice bitter aftertaste. Feel is good, CO2 where it should be. Feels refreshinging.
I feel this is what the big macros probably tasted like 150 years ago. Clean, clear, refreshing. Not exactly the type of beer ou would expect to find in the middle of winter, but it does satisfy the cabin fever bug that you get after six feet of snow. I hope they bring this back in the summer time.
