From the bottle, it pours a hazy amber with a nice, though modest, head that slowly diminishes to a thin layer and robust ring. Piney scent with citrus in the nose. The mouth gets a nicely bitter and almost tart flavor.

Poured a golden orange body with little head and lace down the glass. Light tropical fruit notes and some acidic orange hops in the aroma. Taste follows same route as this easy-drinking light-bodied beer has a light tropical fruit sweetness and then finishes with a slight puckering finish/bite.

L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had a dull orange color and a cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Good lacing.
S: A nice aroma of hops, citrus fruit, malt, and a vinous quality.
T: Tasted of a bit of malt (mostly in the finish), a good shot of hops, some citrus notes (orange, especially), lots of tropical fruit (mango), pineapple, a light vinous quality, and some grapefruit as well. Not quite as hoppy as other DIPAs, but still very flavorful. Lots of fruit to make you happy.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a lively finish. Medium-bodied.
O: The best word to describe this beer is sturdy. It's well made and drinkable. Worth a try.
