Introducing our Triple Fruited Tripel - a deep yellow, dry Trappist ale fruited with peach, orange, and mango. 12 ounce draft pour at the brewery.
L: Hazy tangerine amber pour, small white head fades to a ring in a minute or so
S: Mild strength nose, some fruity esters, spicy clove and Belgian yeast aromas
T: Semi dry and spicy with a little malty sweetness right through, nice Belgian yeast character, hints of sweeter citrus and golden raisin, small dry spice aftertaste
F: High carbonation for a crisp feel with an underlying slickness, body is medium-weight
O: Very nice.
