Good, rich Winter Warmer. Poured from a 16 oz. can into my Chimay goblet, this beer features a dense, dark brown color with some light coming through at the sides of the glass. The light tan head is bubbly and a little frothy and fades to a covering of the top of the glass. Aroma and taste include rich, bready malt, some dark fruit and a touch of ginger. The can mentioned cinnamon, but I didn't notice that. In all, the taste was rich and satisfying. Mouthfeel was rich and smooth with a touch of spiciness from the ginger. No hint of alcohol, just a rich, mellow brew. Nicely done!

From the pint can, it pours brown with a light brown head that slowly reduces and leaves some lacing. The nose gets bready malt with plum notes and some spice - overall pleasant. The mouth follows with a spicy malty brew with roasted notes. A mild slightly spicy aftertaste lingers.
