Pours a dark brown almost black in color with a slight tannish head. Notes of chocolate and coffee hit your nose. Flavors of Chocolate, dark malts hit on the front end, while the coffee gets you more on the back end. This would be better as a Stout, milk stout even because the brew would be thicker. I found this to be a tad thin in an appearance.

Pretty tasty little beer. Got some coffee aromas going on but the flavor is more chocolatey. I would prefer a thicker mouthfeel but overall this is definitely an enjoyable beer.

Poured on tap in a shaker pint, the beer is a dark, opaque, brown to black coloring, with a filmy, off-white head. Aromas of roasted coffee and subtle milk chocolate. Light nose. Flavors are light, with roasted nut and chocolate sweetness on a slightly bitter coffee backbone. Light, slightly watery body, with a mocha aftertaste. Light, watery, almost limp finish.
