WooHoo - Back in Carolina to drink some beers at my favorite. This was a sour version of their blonde. Super tasty. Light and tart with tons of flavors. Excellent and yet not a funky sour.

Quick: Super bright, great lacto notes. Definitely not soured with lactic acid. You can only get this nose with lactobacillus. Looks like a NE IPA a bit, and more hop nose than I expected. SUPER tart acidity. Just wow, But not overpowering. The mouthfeel is juicy. Almost like you combined a NE IPA and a sour. Just beautiful. Very impressed.

One of the purest examples of blonde ale. Very clean with nice malty base.
Look: Yellow with very white head
Smell: Light malty
Taste: Very clean and highly drinkable
Overall: Heard they may not keep this as a flagship. They should, its very good.
