Bottle saved and aged for over a year. In VA mountains basement at 50-70F.
Appearance: Reddish, berry colored with faint haze and white head. Faint haze knocked off .25.
Aroma: Leather, barnyard, acidic, and fruit
Taste: Delicious. Acidic, fruity, obvious brett
Overall: I wish we had bought more.
