Appearance: Arrives fudge brown with a thick tan head that leaves sheets of lacing behind
Smell: Milk chocolate and some roast
Taste: Roast forward with building milk chocolate tones; some bitterness and roast, through the middle with a rather dry finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: For a milk stout, this avoids the sweetness you sometimes get; I like the dry and roasty elements
