Pours with nice head build & pretty velvet lacing; moderate carbonation light pine nuts & citrus hints punching through hops taste; medium mouthfeel

Appearance: Arrives relatively clear and copper colored with a nice head that drapes the glass with lace
Smell: Caramel and earthy/woody tones; piney
Taste: Caramel tones lay down the base along with a fruity/earthy character; piney bitterness builds through the middle but the finish is a blend of the hops and the malt tones
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: The brewery calls this a hop oil IPA but it tastes rather old school to me, almost English in the malt character; ESB lovers will go for this
