Excellent example of the style.
Aroma: Acidic fruity smell. Prepares for the upcoming flavor.
Taste: Slightly tart with some salty backbone. Fruit presence not overwhelming.
Appearance: Lite amber
Overall: Very good

This beer is like nothing we have tasted anywhere. It's very easy to drink. We have tried all of them we can find on tap while visiting Wilmington and every one of them had some similarities, yet the fruits really come out in color, aroma, and flavor.

Quick: Black Currant/Plum Galloping Gose. Very pink with pink head. Slightly cloudy. Heavy Lacto nose with dark fruit. You can get the tartness just by smelling it, but not in a sour candy way. Complex super tart flavor. Totally hits you in the back of the mouth. It's a palate wrecker. Fantastic mouthfeel. It's a shock at first but I could drink three of these.

Appearance: Arrives hazy and amber colored; the modest head quickly faded to ringlet leaving a few spots
Smell: Lactic and salty with a lemony tone
Taste: Lactic and lemon forward with the salty tone developing after the swallow; the finish is decidedly tart
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Pretty darn well done; hits the style
