Poured brilliantly clear copper color. Fruity on the nose. Crisp and clean with balanced malt sweetness. Northern Brewer hops shine through. Very drinkable and an excellent representation of style. Love this style. Love this beer. Search this one out!

Served in stange. Poured a lovely deep copper color, with about 1/4 inch of just off-white head that had low retention, and decent lacing.
The aroma is mostly malts, lightly sweet (very lightly) with lots of nice grains, and a judicious hand with balancing hops. On the tongue there's a gentle hop hit at the front, great grainy malts in the middle, and a nice mix at the back, with the tangy hops lingering.
The body is full and smooth, without being heavy, and has just a slightly sweet finish, that (oddly enough)dries out after a few seconds. Drinkability is great, you could drink these puppies all day. Overall, a very, very good example of the style. A must try if you see it.
