A 500ml bottle that I received a few months ago that doesn't appear to be date stamped. I have no concerns given the style and will pour this in my footed chalice for the review.
Look- Pours a very lively and slightly cloudy pale gold leaving a mountain of creamy egg white lingering foam. Some heavy lacing emerges as you drink it down.
Smell- Clove, banana, bubblegum and wet straw.
Taste- Lemongrass, floral, clove, some bubblegum and banana.
Feel- Light, bubbly, slick and refreshing.
Overall- A very lively and refreshing Belgian blonde that packs some great flavor into a 6% abv. beer. The perfect beer for warm days or when you're in the mood for something lighter. It's definitely worth a look for fans of the style!

750mL into a tulip. Pours a hazy golden color w/ a minimal white head.
Aroma leads off with pears and apples, white wine. Fruity and sweet. Esters from the Belgian yeast.
Taste follow nose. Rustic, a touch funky. More pears/apples. Almost a saison. Floral, earthy.
Mouthfeel is soft and delicate, medium body, semi-dry finish.
Overall a very nice, straightforward Belgian pale.

Updated December 1, 2015 - On tap at Seeds Bistro in La Conner. Smooth tangy, wheaty. Delicious Belgian yeast flavor from the first sip. Creamy pile of stiff suds on the tall Pilsener glass. Long warm malty taste with that bitterish edge. This is about my favorite Belgian Blonde.

From the 750 ml bottle with a crown cap (thank you) purchased at Community Co-op in Bellingham. This is so yeasty and flavorful. It tastes more like a Saison to me. Clear golden brew but lacks foam. Flattens out totally in the glass, but still has some spritz on the tongue.
Some pear and custard flavors. Salty and meaty taste. Modestly bitter at the finish along with the powerful yeasty drying effect. Strongly flavored after the initial tea and fruit taste. Interesting and worth a try for Belgian fans. Sadly lacks the creamy mouthfeel.
