Served On-Tap
A — Pours a nice and almost slightly hazy pale yellow color into the glass. There is a stark white head, but it fades somewhat quickly and doesn't leave too much lace behind.
S — Smells of nice Brett funk and a little bit of juicy fruits, nice balance overall, if not a little muted.
T — Tastes a little funky and sweet, Brett isn't overdone, it shows a nice balance of all components.
M — Medium bodied, and dry thanks to the Brett.
O — Pretty nice overall, good representation of Brett here, just not overly complex.

Can't thank beertunes enough for this.
Soft and smooth little funk, a little lemon and tartness, a little dirty, but quite fruity for a non-fruit beer.
Semi-cloudy yellow. The white cap seems to strengthen in time. Drink marking lacing. Neat.
Nicely complex flavors. Less fruit (a little citrus), the pale malt shows and maybe there is a little wheat. Smooth and more lightly sour with no sweetness. A soft wood like flavor. Finishes with a soft, enjoyable and lingering and very smooth tartness/sourness.
Carbonation is moderate or lower and the body holds a little heft but all is near velvet on the feel. Closing in on wonderfully soft. A slight drying in time.
Very nice.

Quick recap for now, I'll post a full review after I have some with a fresh palate (ie: not after a couple IPAs and a couple sours). Cloudy yellow. Soft grain and gentle funk on the scent and palate. Smooth even body. Nicely drinkable.
