Light and lemony with a resiny tang. Clear amber with a modest foam. Light body and very tangy. Fairly bitter. Aroma of lime peel and a whiff of peach. Not as fruity as Mosaic hops can be. Fairly dry with just a hint of malt.
Bitter aftertaste and overall, quite light and sharp. It was interesting to compare this with the slightly more robust and flavorful Mosaic Pale Ale from Structures that I bought on the same afternoon. This is so good, but the competition was fierce.
