Served On-Tap
A — Pours a clear and bright yellowish orange hue, somewhat amber around the edges. There is a thin off-white head that forms and fades rather quickly, leaving little to nothing behind in terms of lace.
S — Smell is light and sadly dominated by red wheat, wheat forward and sweet, there is a little bit of a bitter and juicy hop note in there, but whatever the Mosaic hops were trying to bring to the table have been overpowered by the malt bill.
T — Much like the nose, with notes of sweet and chewy red wheat and caramel malts, bitterness is there but its tough to discern any of the Mosaic hop qualities, there is a little bit of a piney punch, but not much.
M — Light in body, ample carbonation, crisp, clean.
O — Okay overall, too much wheat and not enough hop character to balance it out.
