We utilized our favorite 'C' hops as well as Ahtanum and el Dorado hops to create this delightfully drinkable and balanced IPA.

Served On-Tap
A — Pours a nice coppery orangey hue into the glass, nice clarity. A frothy off-white colored head forms and leaves behind some nice solid lacing with each sip.
S — Smell is strongly bitter and slightly acrid. Notes of earth and spice, like a pine-cone rolled in dirt and dropped in lemon juice. Slightly floral and light.
T — Chewy and floral, like chewing on a hop cone, leads way to a super bitter and earthy tone of pine and pithy lemon. Very earthy and dry, bitter, no real sweetness.
M — Light in body, fair carbonation.
O — Good overall, a good expression of the Ahtanum and el Dorado hops used, not my favorite, but a good effort nonetheless.
