Wow, Wander Brewing's barrel aging program is quite something. Sauraha is called a "Sour Blond Ale aged in Oak Barrels". I'd put the emphasis on the Oak, not on the sour. This beer is a little on the sour side, but just a bit. It's really a wild ale with a lot of oak influence. And it's terrific stuff. I'd be curious to see how this Wander offering would do in a blind tasting against some of those Russian River masterpieces.
