Brewery says this is made with Citra, Chinook, and Ahtanum hops. Clear orangey amber wit plenty of foam in the Gulpener tulip. Mellow medium body but rather sharp edges. Flowery and piney aroma. Woodsy but clean, not at all murky like some fresh hop brews.
Rather malty but not overly sweet with a honey note. There's a sharp tang at the finish, a resiny hop oil nip in the back of the throat. This is a quite delicious and drinkable brew that delivers an abundance of hop aromatics but it quite malty and just modestly bitter. It does, however, grow interestingly from the mellow malt to the resiny hop finish as you sip. From the 32 oz growler filled at the brewery.
