Cloudy golden haze. Crisp grapefruit, light caramel, bit of powdered sugar, more grapefruit. A bit of a hybrid WC and NE DIPA. Grapefruit, a bit of tropical fruit, piney herbal bitterness which is fairly soft. Medium body, good carbonation. Herbal finish

Clear golden amber brew with fine-grained white foam in the Ciney snifter. Sudsy, melts in your mouth carbonation. Tremendous lime, avocado, green melon aroma. There is a nicely balanced amount of sweetness and a pleasurable amount of malt.
Flavors of cantaloupe, apricot, and that citrusy delight that the right amount of Citra hops brings. Sweet finish with a sharp note and whiff of alcohol.
This is one of my favorite DIPAs. I first had it in 2016, and then they had a poster for it in fall of 2017. This year's batch was canned September 27, 2018. So I buy a few four-packs to be able to enjoy it longer. From the 16 oz can purchased at the brewery taproom. For some reason I love the label artwork. You can peel it off the can and stick it anywhere. I think I'm going to try it as a bumper sticker.

Man, I SO wanted to love this beer! With all of the new breweries popping up in town, I figured, sooner or later, somebody was gonna finally make a really good, super aromatic, uber-hoppy, double IPA. Well, IMO that still hasn't happened. I love Wander, a super cool place for sure, but at $15 for a 4 pack, I was bummed.
Don't get me wrong, this is a nice looking beer, with a decent aroma, but it's lacking the big hoppy floral attributes of so many of the big DIPA's coming out nowadays. Overall, the taste is just average for the style.

Poured from a 16 oz. can into a Chuckanut Brewery Octoberfest mug.
No date on the can just "Bellingham Brewed" on the bottom.
Appearance: Light amber body, 1/2 fingers worth of head. Plenty of lacing left in the mug.
Aroma: Plenty of citrus, mainly grapefruit along with some pine.
Taste: Follows suit with the nose: Grapefruit and pine, spicy on the end.
Mouthfeel: Medium, decent amount of carbonation; a little hint of that alcohol as it warms
Overall: A tasty DIPA. Easy to drink while cold as it warms that alcohol is a little more pronounced. But this is a nice hop bomb for sure!

16 oz can stamped BELLINGHAM BREWED with no date. Poured into 19 oz DFH IPA Glass
A — Pours a deep orange hue with a puffy off-white head. Great lacing left behind.
S — Smell is strongly of citrus, grapefruit, pine, melons.
T — Boozy and punchy notes of citrus, pine, grapefruit, pineapple.
M — Warming and slightly sticky.
O — Nicely done, I still prefer Wanders less hoppy options as they seem to do a better job with those. Their hoppy beers always seem to leave something to be desired.
