Poured into a tulip glass. Beautiful look to this one. Crystal-clear, pinkish-orange in the glass. A nice head developed but quickly settled, leaving only a trace of foam. The aroma was interesting - plums and stone fruit up front, followed by some Bretty phenolics and a lemony presence. The taste was about what I expected from the nose. Moderately tart and easy to drink. Bright stone fruit. The other funky notes were less prominent, showcasing the fruit. The finish was nice - a clean, lemony flavor punctuated with a return of the plum. Medium-to-high carbonation and light bodied. Very enjoyable.

Beautiful color of yes, plum wine, but virtually no foam. Faint fruity and grainy aroma. Mouthfeel is thin and acidic. It's sour enough that just a wisp of flavor remains. There's an odd cereal flavor, something like raw bread dough with a hint of malty sweetness.
I liked a couple of the Millies on tap at Wander, but this one does not return much on your investment in a tartness that explores every scrape and flaw in the mouth lining. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Haggen Market.
