Golden yellow color with modest foam in the Timmermans goblet. Fizzy and sharp on the tongue. Very light body with no hint of malt. Aroma is acidic with a hint of fruit. Taste is quite sour though not quite vinegar. There is a ghost of peach flavor.
I can't think of the occasion where this would be good drinking, but it's well made. The label calls this an "American Sour," which I think is a great idea-- to avoid confusing these kinds of lacto-heavy beers with actual drinkable Belgian-style sours. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at the Co-op in Mount Vernon.

Sours are so much to rate: how does it taste? Sour! How does it smell? Sour-ish. How does it feel? Spritzy.
This is my first beer from Wander. I enjoy sours, and I absolutely LOVE peaches, so I was really excited to try this.
It pours a murky faded gold color, a finger of rapidly dissipating off-white head topping this off. The peaches come through on the nose a bit, but really shine on the taste, making this a refreshing sour.
