An experimental yin and yang of sweet and sour, this one-off brew was inspired by the classic Amaretto Sour cocktail. Multiple layers of sweet cherry, sharp citrus, and tropical fruit. Collaboration with Jyle Larson from Siren Craft Brew in the UK.
