Served in 12oz stem. Poured a lightly hazy dark pink color, with just the thinnest cap of off-white head that dissipated instantly and left no lacing.
The aroma had a very light strawberry scent, but was dominated by a very harsh rhubarb component. No real grain scent.
On the tongue, the strawberry shone brighter, and the rhubarb was much softer. There was a pleasant tartness at the back of the palate.
The body was thin, light, crisp, and had a dry finish.
Drinkability was good, especially if you like rhubarb (which I don't). Overall, a very nice brew, worth trying if you see it.
