Served in nonic. Poured a clean, clear red color, with 1/4 inch of off-white head that had moderate retention and low lacing.
The aroma was malt forward and mildly sweet.
Very similar taste profile, malt and low hops.
The body was smooth and even, and had a slightly sweet finish.
Drinkability was fine, no objections. overall, if you like Dos Equis amber, you'll like this as well. Worth a shot if you see it.
