16.9oz bottle poured into 14oz teku. Poured a clean, clear, bright pinkish-red color with about an inch of light pink head that had moderate retention and no lacing.
Base tartness at the front of the nose, with some nice cherry backing it up. Just hints of grain and yeast.
Similar on the tongue, with the cherry making itself known at the back end, where it lingered nicely.
The body, as is typical for the Millie series, was light, crisp, clean, and had a tartly dry finish.
Drinkability was very good, there will be a few more bottles in my future.
Overall, another very good beer in this series. A must-try if you get the chance.
