Two year blend of spontaneously fermented coolship ale aged in oak barrels.

16.9oz bottle (no date, but released march of this year) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a cloudy dark orange color with 1/2 inch of white head that very quickly dissipated and left no lacing.
Lots of bright funk on opening. Tartness is bold, but some grain and wine aspects show through as well.
Same on the tongue, just brighter and bolder all-around.
The body was light, crisp, tart, and had a bone-dry finish.
Drinkability was great, if one is into tart, funky sour/wild beers.
Overall, great brew. A must try if you see it.
