Bourbon barrel aged imperial stout with toasted coconut, cinnamon and vanilla. A blend of the finest bourbon-aged barrels hand selected by our brewers and thoughtfully spiced for a complex sensory experience that amplifies rather than distracts from the deliciousness of a bourbon forward full-bodied, slightly warming imperial stout.

I was excited to try this but ended up unimpressed.
Dark almost black color. Very little carbonation. Notes of vanilla, cacao, and marshmallow. Almost has a bit of a Dr. Pepper taste. The problem is that the alcohol absolutely dominates the taste. It has zero balance (ironic) and it's hard to drink. I painfully made it through less than 1/3 of a glass and had to stop. It's just.... out of balance and tastes ROUGH.

2022 vintage: bourbon barrel aged imperial stout(coconut, vanilla, cinnamon).
Pours an oily pitch black with a thin oatmeal head rising and quickly falling to a ring of the same color. Nose is vanilla, some bakers chocolate, coffee, subtle coconut and vanilla and a very light note of burnt oak, taste follows suit with the cinnamon taking center stage and some herbal/tobacco notes rounding out the bill. Everything is present but nothing overtakes the flavors. Feel is smooth but not chewy and actually drinks fairly easy. Overall, 3.75 out of 5. Well above average.

Pours black, with a slim, crema colored head. Aroma is bourbon and coconut. Taste is medium bodied, smooth, boozy, coconut and a hint of cinnamon at the tail end. The brew punches above its' ABV. As it warms, the profile tends to open up and become more balanced. Vanilla, if present, is well hidden.

Served in 12oz flute. Poured the expected and typical solid black color of the style with just a thin cap of tan head that had low retention and lacing.
The aroma was vanilla forward, followed by some sweet malts, and a light bit of cinnamon.
Same on the tongue, but the cinnamon was much brighter and hotter.
The body was full and smooth, with a sweet finish.
Drinkability was good, I found the cinnamon a bit much, but it should soften over time. YMMV.
Overall, another fine and enjoyable brew. Certainly worth trying if you see it.
